Originally from Iowa, Melisa relocated to Florida from Chicago more than 20 years ago and now calls Tequesta her home. She brings to the table more than 25 years of experience in the field of real estate financing and holds a paralegal degree furthering her knowledge of contracts, negotiation, real estate closings, foreclosure procedures and short sale activities. This unique combination of knowledge and education allows her to provide the highest level of service and professionalism to both buyers and sellers alike.

During her free time, Melisa enjoys kayaking, snorkeling, creating works of art, and spending quality time with her family and dogs. She also enjoys volunteering at the Children's Home Society and the Easter Seals of Florida
